We believe a healthy positive mind frame is what will uplift your life. We follow some general guidelines that many healthy practices follow. 

 

Daily Subconscious Training

1. Morning Goals.

2. Principles Review. 

3. Evening Graditude.

4. Reflection 

 

Meditation

We suggest starting small and going with whatever feels right. A simple beginner meditation is;

 

10 Breaths at your heart

10 breaths at your 6th chakra (between your eyes). 

 

Guided Meditation

This is when you are guided through the meditation process. The instructor will take you through the steps to reach towards your selected topic. 

 

We offer guided meditations on several topics.
