Guided Meditation
The meditations can be done in person or through a video chat platform such as skype or google. Ancient symbol and language is incorporated into the meditation. All experience levels are welcome.  
 
Types of Guided Meditations
 
1. Important vs Unimportant in a Holistic view. 
 
2. Awareness - Knowledge or perception of a certain situation or fact.
 
3. Orientation - The determination of the relative position of something or someone (especially oneself).
 
4. Acceptance - the action of consenting to receive or undertake something offered
